HELP RECRUIT INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES

PLEDGE YOUR SUPPORT TODAY

The Problem

Our political system no longer works for the people. Partisan extremists and special interests have hijacked our government for their own benefit – nothing gets done, and our problems only get worse. It’s time for the majority of Americans in the sensible center to fight back.

The Centrist Project is dedicated to electing independent candidates to challenge politics as usual, put country over party and restore common sense to Washington.

Solution: Hack The Senate

Our strategy to break through growing political dysfunction is both powerful and possible.

Here’s why: In closely divided legislatures like the U.S. Senate, a coalition of just 3-5 independent leaders could deny both parties an outright majority and use its leverage to forge common ground solutions to our toughest challenges.

TAKE ACTION

Many talented individuals would run for office as independent candidates only if they knew they would have enough support outside of both parties... from voters like you.

We’re counting on you to show your support by adding your name, pledging a donation, and/or spreading the word via social media.

Candidates

We have identified qualified candidates in 2018 target states who have a track record of independent leadership, are aligned with our principles, and would be able to run viable campaigns.

Now our task is to convince them to run by demonstrating our strong grassroots support. You can also draft your own candidate.

The Centrist Project

The Centrist Project is a citizens’ movement to transform our broken political system by empowering the majority of Americans in the sensible center and by electing independent candidates who are unbeholden to the political parties or special interests.
